We employ a methodical and hands-on approach to pursue better returns. Investments will center around these three strategies:

• Opportunistic  Deploy equity and debt capital to key urban communities showing the strongest signals of positive population growth, low unemployment rates, and high income ranges. Generally involves repurposing, enhancing entitlements, and new construction or adaptive re-use to unlock unrealized potential. Will pursue non-product specific assets ranging from hotels to retail to residential.

• Core/Stabilized  Focused on achieving attractive cash-on-cash returns by acquiring stabilized, lower-risk profile assets. Extensive search for multifamily apartments, Class A office buildings, and desirable retail zones is ongoing. Ideal properties also possess opportunity to increase NOI. 

• Healthcare  Strong population shifts at the higher age groups are creating unique opportunities. Assisted living and unique medical service facilities present high barrier-to-entry and high yield opportunities.
